The original painting is titled "Rosebud Restaurant & Bar" and is part of my series of mixed-media paintings, "The Seattle I Remember." Each painting in this series depicts a beloved old Seattle gathering spot. The Rosebud was at 719 East Pike from 1993-2011. It was my favorite bar to meet friends at—I still miss it!
I created the original painting in 2017 with beeswax, oil paint, graphite, and salvaged materials: old maps, pieces of antique mail, and other found and salvaged collage elements. The original painting has sold.
This is a high-quality Giclee print of an original painting, professionally printed with pigmented inks on Somerset Velvet rag paper.
