The Globe Cafe - Print

from $30.00

The original painting "The Globe Cafe" is part of my series of mixed-media paintings, "The Seattle I Remember." Each painting in this series depicts a beloved old Seattle gathering spot. The Globe Cafe was a vegan diner on 14th & Pine from the late 90s until around 2012. I still miss their biscuits and gravy!

I created the original painting in 2016 with beeswax, oil paint, graphite, and salvaged materials: old maps, pieces of antique mail, and other found collage elements. The original painting has sold.

This is a high-quality Giclee print,  professionally printed with pigmented inks on Somerset Velvet rag paper, which has a pleasing, matte finish. There is a ½” border around the image.
