This is a high-quality Giclee print of an original painting. This reproduction was professionally printed with pigmented inks on Somerset Velvet rag paper.
There are three size options: 4" x 6" blank greeting card: $6 8" x 10" fine art print: $30 11" x 14" fine art print: $40 Choose your preferred size at checkout!
Somerset Velvet is my favorite kind of paper. It has a pleasing matte finish and is similar in texture to watercolor or printmaking paper. All size options are standard sizes - finding a frame for it would be simple!
The original painting is titled "On 15th Video" and is part of my series of mixed-media paintings, "The Capitol Hill I Remember." Each painting in this series depicts a beloved old Capitol Hill establishment that has since been replaced or forced to move by higher-end businesses in this rapidly changing neighborhood. Capitol Hill is a neighborhood in Seattle that has been drastically impacted by gentrification. On 15th Video was at 15th Ave. E. & E. Harrison St.
The original painting (sold) is 15" x 19" x 3". I created the original painting in 2017 using beeswax, oil paint, graphite, and salvaged materials: old maps, pieces of antique mail, and other found and salvaged collage elements from my very cherished personal collection.
Your print will be carefully packaged and shipped flat in a protective clear sleeve with cardboard backing. I create, handle, wrap, and ship all my work with utmost care & respect, and my printing company does the same.
Professional, high-quality inkjet prints of most of my paintings are available in a size of your choice. Please let me know if you are interested in ordering a print of a different piece or size.
Local buyers are welcome to arrange for pickup to save on shipping expenses.
